2024 Potluck Evening

There will be almost 50 people attending the potluck on Wednesday, November 20th at the Legion. The doors will open at 6:00 pm and dinner will be served at 7:00 pm. This will enable you to mingle with members, enjoy some hors d’oeuvres,  and peruse the raffle and silent auction tables. New this year will be fresh evergreen boughs, various types of cones, red dogwood branches and some white birch branches that you will be able to purchase to make your own evergreen arrangements.

Please note:

• We will have only one entrance in use, the one at the front on Brock Road.
• Only cash or cheques will be accepted to pay for any purchases that you make
• Your potluck food contribution
  • Can you identify the ingredients on a small piece of paper which will be put with your dish to help those with food allergies/dietary requirements.
  • There might be some leftovers, so you might want to bring a container or bag to bring some food home with you.
  • Please don’t make too much as most people don’t take a full helping as they usually sample quite a few dishes
  • At the end of the evening, please take home any leftovers from your potluck contribution.
• Any help at the end of the evening folding tablecloths, and putting chairs and tables away will be much appreciated.
